We hired Schott Construction to re-build our kitchen/dining room after it was unexpectedly damaged. Being in an already stressful place – Josh and his team has turned it into a positive by building us what is now the most beautiful space in our house! The project entailed every aspect of construction that one could think of – framing, roofing, cabinet installation, flooring, design, finish carpentry, etc. Josh’s attention to detail was amazing, I would recommend Schott construction to anyone!

We used Schott Construction And Remodeling to install a new front door, build a deck, finish our basement and add a full bath. We were provided with great ideas to meet our many need. We had water leakage through our roof and ceiling. Schott came and stopped the leaking the next day. They then proceeded to fix the ceiling and wall damage the next day. Great price and very professional job. Would recommend them to anyone!!

We were putting on an addition and remodeling the existing house and he came in with great ideas to help us with the floor plan that were things I would have never thought of. It was great. And everything was done within the timeframe he gave us at the beginning. Prices are competitively priced but the outcome is just outstanding. He won’t stand for anything less than a purely professional job. I was very satisfied and will call him every time I need something done.
